What is a Lacquered Door?
Lacquered door is obtained by processing the desired motifs on the MDF wing through the CNC which our firm has in the company and after that the lacquer painting process on our full professional paint line is processed through certain layers and measures to give a completely smooth and satisfactory appearance. Nowadays, instead of completely lacquered doors, modern doors (the combination of lacquered wings and natural wood-covered moldings and frames) are preferred.
Buying a Lacquered Door
Lacquered doors are an excellent choice to give your house a stylish, simple and elegant look. However, if you buy your door from a hand-painted workshop-style place, you are more likely to encounter a difference in veneer level. Choosing cheap paints and varnishes for low cost leads to yellowing at your door after a brief time. In addition, it will become frail against scratches. Especially when considering the door replacement frequency, purchasing of factory-type machine emery grinded and line-polished doors is very important for you to use your door without deterioration for many years.
Project and Standard Lacquered Door
The lacquered doors in our factory are produced in two categories: “Standard” and “Project”. Our standard doors are in continuous production with diverse designs being processed on the wings, and the wings are combined with the desired lacquer or natural veneered trim-frame combination. In case of request, the frame and the wing can be supplied in raw condition. Our Project Lacquered Doors (100 doors and over) are produced with the desired lacquer tone and pattern, customized for the companies.
Their Difference From American Door
The developments in buildings and construction sector every passing day have brought change in the doors as well. For years, American doors have been used for constructions. Because of their low quality and unaesthetic appearance, lacquered doors were preferred instead of American doors. Lacquered doors produced with the right application are quite long-lasting, resistant to scratching and abrasion, and offer a vast variety of options compared to American doors.
